USABILITY
Our team took a thorough look at the website. We went through every page on the website and inspected the CMS for usability. Where did we get stuck as a user? Were there elements that didn’t work properly? We noted all of this and presented it to the client. Based on the information we found, we started working out the improvements to the User Experience. After approval, the developers got to work on the technical implementation of all these elements.
An important part of the Schadefonds Geweldsmisdrijven website is the FAQ section. On the front end of the website these are shown in different ways, but on the back end they were difficult to add. These questions can now be added to a page with just a few clicks, which makes things a lot easier for the end user.
The new setup uses a custom page builder. Schadefonds Geweldsmisdrijven can now quickly and easily edit and add content.
SECURITY
Schadefonds Geweldsmisdrijven is a government institution. This means it has to comply with various government regulations when it comes to security. Also in the digital domain. We used a technical checklist to go through the security requirements and delivered them correctly.
